Installation Day
No subcontractors. Loma Roofing & Maintenance crews, Loma Roofing & Maintenance equipment, Loma Roofing & Maintenance supervision. A project manager checks in throughout the day and does a quality inspection before cleanup begins.
Final Walkthrough
Our project manager inspects the finished roof against the manufacturer checklist. You get a written workmanship warranty from Loma Roofing & Maintenance plus the manufacturer warranty registered directly with GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed.
